This website is operated by Pennazhag. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Pennazhag. By using this website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before making a purchase. If you disagree with any part, please do not use our website.

2. Eligibility to Purchase

To place an order on our website or via WhatsApp, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate, complete, and current information
• Have a valid email address and phone number

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

3. Products & Availability

• All products are subject to availability. We restock regularly but do not guarantee that an item shown on the website is always in stock.
• Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting conditions during photography.
• We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, fabric details, and measurements. However, minor variations in color, texture, or sizing may occur.
• We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.

4. Pricing & Payments

Pricing:

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, the price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of placing the order.
• Taxes (GST) are included in the displayed price unless specified otherwise.

Payment Methods:
We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit Cards / Debit Cards
• UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
• Net Banking
• Wallets

No Cash on Delivery (COD):
We do not offer Cash on Delivery. This policy helps us:

• Keep prices fair
• Avoid fake orders
• Ensure faster shipping
• Maintain security for both parties

All payments must be completed before your order is processed and shipped.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Domestic Shipping (India):

• We ship across India (Pan India)
• Free standard shipping on orders ₹2,000 and above
• Below ₹2,000, shipping charges are calculated at checkout
• Delivery time: 3–7 business days (depending on location)
• Next Day Delivery available for select pincodes when ordered by 2 PM

International Shipping:

• We ship to most countries worldwide
• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination
• Delivery time: 7–14 business days
• Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applicable in their country

Delivery Address:
Please provide accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

6. Order Cancellation & Modification

• You may cancel or modify your order within 2 hours of placing it by WhatsApp or email.
• After 2 hours, your order may have already been packed or shipped and cannot be changed.
• Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.

7. Returns & Refunds

Return Eligibility:
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery only for the following reasons:

• Product is damaged or defective upon arrival
• Wrong product or size sent by us
• Significant difference from description (not minor variations)

Non-Returnable Items:

• Change of mind (didn't like color, style, or fit)
• Products that have been worn, washed, or have tags removed
• Custom or bulk orders (unless damaged)
• Items returned after 7 days

How to Initiate a Return:

1. WhatsApp or email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID and clear photo/video of the issue
2. Our team will review and approve within 2 business days
3. Ship the product back to our business address (return shipping to be borne by customer unless it was our mistake)
4. Once received and inspected, refund/exchange will be processed

Refund Process:

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchanges:
Size exchanges are subject to stock availability. You will need to ship back the original item, and we will ship the new size once we receive it. Exchange shipping charges (both ways) are borne by the customer unless it was our mistake.

8. WhatsApp Orders

Orders placed via WhatsApp (+91 7902548312 or +91 8086548312) are subject to the same Terms & Conditions as website orders.

Process:

• Share product name/photo, size, and address
• We will confirm availability and total amount
• Make payment via link/UPI
• Order confirmed once payment is received

We recommend saving our WhatsApp number and texting us for faster service.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including images, text, logos, graphics, and product designs — is the property of Pennazhag and protected by copyright laws.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission
• Use our images for commercial purposes
• Imitate our product designs

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific product in question.

13. Force Majeure

We shall not be held responsible for delays or failures in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters
• Pandemics / epidemics
• Government actions
• Strikes or labor disputes
• Courier service disruptions

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Thrissur, Kerala.

15. Changes to Terms & Conditions

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on this page.
